Make a Positive Impact in Our Communities

In 2025, we sponsored a campaign at SuperComputing 2025 to raise awareness and donate funds to support penguin conservation. Attendees were encouraged to snap a photo with Finn, our 6-foot emperor penguin mascot, and share it using the hashtag #PenguinsSavingPenguins. We continue to support efforts that help protect penguins and their habitats.

In 2025, employees from our Bay Area offices partnered with South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition to help remove 1,420 pounds of waste and debris from the Los Gatos Creek trail and waterway.

In 2025, our Penang, Malaysia employees partnered with local school SMK Tun Hussein Inn, contributing 15 trees as part of a tree planting initiative aimed at creating greener educational spaces.

The event engaged both students and teachers with practical lessons on tree care, climate awareness, and sustainability.

In 2025, our Taiwan employees organized a mountain cleanup activity in an effort to preserve restore and maintain the ecological landscape and create a cleaner, safer, and greener environment.

In 2024, our Penang, Malaysia employees participated in the nation-wide campaign to plant one million trees in a single day.

Our team contributed to the collective effort donating 100 native trees; 40 of which were thoughtfully planted at our Penang Campus.

In 2024, our Taiwan office hosted the “Food Donation for Community Care” event, teaming up with the Andrew Charity Association to provide food aid and volunteer services to underprivileged families.

Working as a team, our employees packaged a total of 300 boxes of food; 92 of which were filled with our own donations.

In 2023, throughout our Bay Area locations, members of our Penguin team organized a school supplies drive to benefit students of Russo/McEntee Academy, an elementary school in the Alum Rock Union School District.

Employees gathered monetary and in-kind donations for students in need, including notebooks, personal whiteboards, markers, and more.

In 2023, employees from our Newark, Fremont, and Milpitas offices partnered with Sea Hugger®, a nonprofit organization working to protect marine ecosystems from plastic pollution, for a beach clean-up in Half Moon Bay.

Over the course of this one-day event, our employees collected trash and recyclables from more than a mile of coastline.
